Message	with 2.5" straight piping (and Specialty Z split downpipes), and you should see your torque and hp not drop so bad up top. Also, some tuning with an S-AFC probably wouldn't hurt either. Other than that, MikeH pretty much summed it up before - stock turbos are small and just don't flow at high rpm's.
